Fall Fest and Spring Fling are made possible with the support of the following sponsors.

Please note that your payment for participation in Auraria Festivals is non-refundable. The event is rain or shine. The payments listed below cover the full event. Auraria Festivals reserves the right to decline sponsorship from anyone for any reason. Please review festival guidelines.

• Gold Level: $800
  • Up to 3 (72×30 inch) tables and 6 chairs
  • Up to 12 parking passes for entire festival
  • Access to electricity outlet
  • Assistance with loading in and out of event
  • Pre-event walkthrough one week prior to the event, upon request.
  • Preferred vending location in corporate sponsor section in high trafficked area.
  • Corporate logo displayed under Gold Level sponsor on Auraria Festivals registration portal with hyperlink to vendor’s website.
  • Corporate logo displayed on print materials to be used on the event days.

• Silver Level: $550
  • 2 (72×30 inch) table and chairs
  • Up to 8 parking passes for entire festival
  • Access to electricity outlet
  • Assistance with loading in and out of event
  • Vending location in corporate sponsor section in moderately high trafficked area.
  • Corporate logo displayed under Silver Level sponsor on Auraria Festivals registration portal with hyperlink to vendor’s website.

• Bronze Level: $300
  • 1 (72×30 inch) table and 2 chairs
  • Up to 3 parking passes for entire festival
  • Vending location in corporate sponsor section
  • Corporate logo displayed under Bronze Level sponsor on Auraria Festivals registration portal with hyperlink to vendor’s website.

The following are invited to participate and must register to table during the event. Attendees do not need to register for Fall Fest and Spring Fling. Only organizations, departments, corporate sponsors, vendors, and merchants must register. Space is limited so we encourage you to register in advance.

• Departments at Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, and University of Colorado Denver.
• Student organizations at Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, and University of Colorado Denver.
• Corporate Sponsors
• Vendors and merchants who are hosting an activity; this includes food trucks.
• Non-profit organizations

The Auraria campus is open to the public, however, space usage cannot interfere with the educational mission nor disrupt instruction of Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, or University of Colorado Denver. For more details on policies, procedures, and guidelines for participants and attendees, please refer to the Auraria Campus Event Services Policies and Procedures. Organizations and departments have had access to and been notified of registration requirements through the following mediums:

By registering, you acknowledge that you have read the rules and guidelines in their ENTIRETY. You also acknowledge that you will abide by the guidelines below. Auraria Festivals appreciates your help and cooperation with following these guidelines. We look forward to working with you and your organization to make this event a success!

• All campus safety protocols in place on the date of the event must be followed.
• Auraria Festivals will take place the third Wednesday of the month in September and April from 10:00am until 2:00pm and all vendors must be off site by 3:00pm.
• Auraria Festivals will occur rain or shine.
• Set up begins at 7:00am on the third Wednesday of the month in September and April. Supplies can be loaded and unloaded in your designated areas. All vehicles must be out of the designated loading zone by 9:00am each day, so plan accordingly. Regardless of registration type, assistance with loading (if applicable) will apply as needed.
• When unloading, a person must always remain with the vehicle in case of emergency/ immediate evacuation. Vehicles left unattended in loading zone may be ticketed. Parking is never free on campus. For your convenience, discounted parking passes are available for purchase through Cvent when you complete your event registration. Pre-purchased parking passes will be distributed on the day of check-in while loading-in. Parking instructions and a map will be emailed to all registered participants before the event.
• Participants must set up their booths in their assigned areas only. Participants who are set up in the wrong location will be required to move to their proper location, unassisted.
• The tables are on a first come first serve basis of the event. Each registered participant will be provided with a table and two chairs. Sponsors’ tables and chairs will be distributed according to the level purchased. No overnight reservations can be made on the tables. CU Denver, MSU Denver, CCD and AHEC are NOT responsible for items that are left unattended, lost or stolen. This includes items left overnight. We advise all not to leave items unattended at any time.
• Vendors/groups may bring their own tent as long as dimensions do not exceed a 10ft by10ft area.
• NO items may be adhered to the table with tape. The use of tape by participants on a rental table may result in removal from event and discontinued participation at future events.
• Do not remove festival signage that has been assigned by CU DENVER EVENTS, MSU DENVER CMEI, and CCD SPARC.
• Electrical power will not be provided for Bronze Level Sponsors, Student Organizations, Campus Departments, Nonprofit Organizations, Arts and Crafts Vendors or Food Vendors.
• Although materials may be placed on tables for students to pick up, we do require that the materials be professionally acceptable. Presented information must not contain profanity or explicit images. Participants can have music at their tables, but the volume must be minimal. There will be entertainment on a stage(s) throughout the event. Due to this circumstance, participants are required to maintain the volume of their music at a minimum. Participants should be respectful and courteous to their neighboring tables. Event staff reserves the right to ask you to lower the volume of your music at any time. We appreciate your help and cooperation with this matter.
• Sale of goods is only permitted at the following registrations: Sponsor Levels, Food Vendors, and Nonprofits. The sale of goods for fundraising is only permitted by Student Organizations registered for the event.
• No political campaigns or ballot/referendum campaigns are permitted to reserve a table/booth for this event.
• Participants who do not follow Auraria Campus policies or festival guidelines may be asked to leave the festival without the right to a refund.
• No unauthorized vending, sampling, or petitioning will be permitted. Vendors who do not register for the festival will be asked to leave the event. The Auraria Festivals planning committee reserves the right to decline sponsorship from anyone for any reason at our discretion.

Fall Fest and Spring Fling are great opportunities to connect with students, share information about your organization/department/corporation, the services you offer, upcoming events, and for student organizations to recruit new members. It helps to have a plan prior to tabling to aid in preparation and maximizing your time at the event. Here are tips to maximize your tabling experience.

• Engagement
  • Offer activities and tangible giveaways.
  • Providing students with information they can take with them will help them stay in contact once they leave your table.
  • Create activities that will entice people to use their skills and knowledge to win prizes or prompt a conversation to learn more about your area.
  • Not everyone can afford to purchase expensive swag, it’s okay! Fliers, pamphlets, candy, buttons, or stickers are cost effective options.
  • If able to, stand and walk around to engage with guests while providing information, swag, or giveaways.
• Decorate your table
  • Display tablecloths or signage that stands out and can help communicate your message just enough to draw in wanders to learn more.
  • Bubbles are often a fun and affordable attraction.
  • Music is a decoration!
• Ask open-ended questions
  • This encourages conversations and can preempt one-word responses.
• Give guests space
  • “I’m just looking” does not need to be challenged. Maybe they’ll return later, maybe they won’t; either way, it’s okay.
• QR code
  • Create a QR code to display at your table that leads students to your website or social media. This allows students to access your information quickly and on the go.
• Student Orgs
  • Keep your student organizations portal from your institution current:
    • List officer contact information
    • List meeting times
    • Add upcoming events
    • Include social media handles
• Make it fun! What would attract you to engage with a table
